Q. Where can I buy Mac accessories?
Currently MacNUS have various links with Mac accessories resellers to provide special deals via mass purchase for MacNUS members. Updates will be provided on random basis. If you require a certain type of accessories, you can email any exco (contact in the contacts page) and enquire about it. Or you can visit the various Mac reseller shops in town, such as Sapura, which is located in the Central Forum Bookstore.
Q. What programs on the Mac can I use for accessing the Internet?

Answer: You have plenty of options! Below is a small selection of Internet programs that you may want to try. All these programs listed are free-of-charge.
Instant Messengers

Adium The best multi-service IM client for the Mac! ICQ, MSN, Yahoo!, AIM and others all under one program. Link Adium Xtras (to download custom icons, message views, etc) |
| Microsoft Messenger Microsoft’s official (and hopelessly lagging the PC version in features) MSN client. Link |
Web Browsers
| Safari Apple’s official web browser. Link |

Other browsers you can try out (less popular, but nevertheless have their own loyal followers) include: Opera, Shiira.



Can someone advise me how I should install Octave for Mac OS? I’ve been googling but it’s led me to dead end after dead end.. HELP!
i need it for my course (ME2142) btw…
