If you are on a different subnet U might have to join webvpn to access the server. Join webvpn @ www.webvpn.nus.edu.sg Most of the time the server name conflicts with each other so it will return an error as server not found. It is better if you use the IP address of the server instead of the name for guaranteed mounting of the share. I hope this helps.
