The above seminar will be held this coming Thursday for everyone interested.

MacNUS will be introducing 3rd party applications like Skype Video, Ecto, Opera and other useful 3rd party softwares (freewares and sharewares) designed for Macs.

Date and time: 15th March, 6pm – 7pm
Venue: CIT Auditorium, Computer Centre 2nd Floor

The seminar will consist of 4 segments namely:

1. Useful chat applications
- Apps that work with MSN
- Video chat applications demonstration
2. More useful Widgets
3. Internet browsers
- Introduction to some internet browser and their features
- Comparison between Firefox, BonEchoo, Safari, Camino, Opera
4. RSS softwares and blogging tools
- RSS applications including how to use Safari RSS
- Blogging applications

Who should attend:

- Students and staff who already have a Mac and would like to know more about using these 3rd party apps on them.
- Students and staff who don’t already own a Mac but would like to know more about Macs.
