With the launch of the official MacNUS membership, the MacNUS Perks System is introduced. Yesterday, MacNUS officially launched its official membership recruitment drive, with free membership that further offers benefits such as the MacNUS Perks System. Details of the membership are as below;

1. Membership is Free, however S$2 will be made payable for membership card and admin costs.

2. Membership is NUS lifetime, it will stay valid so long you are an NUS student.

3. Benefits of the membership includes;

a. Joining in our outings and gatherings,
b. Attend special talks and special seminars,
c. Participate in our Mass Purchases,
d. the MacNUS Perks System, which for now includes a 10% discount on all Fabrix Cases products,

The day of the MacNUS seminar has finally arrived, and oh boy, there’s a big crowd attending this annual event!

We kicked off the seminar with some of the latest “Get a Mac” advertisments. The one on the screen is the advert on device drivers support in OS X.

We also set up a video camera to shoot any hanky panky business of the audience… Hehz, just kidding, it’s for future tutorial purposes! Check out our professional camera man Hansen. =P

Everyone who attended the seminar got freebies too, this is the nicely plastic wrapped freebie. An exclusive “Authorised Apple User” T-Shirt.

Along every table in the auditorium lay rows of MacBooks of all kinds.
